If you couple emotional healing with the universal truths of forgiveness and it’s healing effects, then add on the understanding of what quantum physics says and tie that in with spirituality and you end up with Emotion-Based Coaching and YOU University.

Emotion-Based Coaches help clients to heal from their past so they too can continue on their life’s journey towards fulfilling their purpose here on Planet Earth. At the same time that you receive support, guidance, instruction, you can also benefit from the life coaching skills your coach has been trained with.

Heal the Past, Change Beliefs, Inspired Action
The bigger picture of this philosophy is that if you heal the past, you will be able to uncover the incorrect beliefs about yourself and life that you carry as a result of unheard and unprocessed feelings. When you do both parts – the healing and the changing of false beliefs, you find you are a kind of vessel for inspiration and therefore can perform inspired action instead of the same old hamster wheel of behaviors which will keep creating pretty much the same life over and over.

Making a decision to hire a coach or begin a relationship with a mentor/trainer is a big deal. I know because I’ve done it. 

When I talk to a potential client, we know pretty quickly whether we are a fit or not. Since I am not a salesperson, I don’t sell what I have to offer. My intention is to see if we are a match. The decision to hire is up to you. 

Giving Voice to Spirit
The philosophies of Emotion-Based Coaching and Courses have existed since 2009 in a formalized form but have been the road I traveled to reach emotional health and happiness myself.

We all start out with self-love as babies and often life has a way of interfering. Additionally everyone has at least some emotional baggage. Sharing in either an Emotion-Based Course that you take online or a Facebook group with other people who “get you” or with your coach or with me as your coach, mentor or trainer, is, in my opinion like giving voice to spirit. You have to experience to fully get its value.
