I grew up in a home that left me feeling lousy about myself with pretty much no self acceptance anywhere in my life. I kept having an unhappier and unhappier life that I couldn’t figure out how to change until my unhappiness led me to find out life could be different if I did certain things and really took them to heart and stuck with them. I was so desperate for a good life and to feel good about myself, I keep doing those things and feeling better and better and having a happier and happier life. And I still do those things almost 40 years later. As my journey progressed, I discovered that I knew how to help others do the same and that’s what I do.
